Kelly Rowland and Flo Rida will jet off to the Bahamas for the 2009 Miss Universe pageant this August. Set to take place at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island, the 2009 pageant will feature performances from the duo as well as David Guetta and Heidi Montag. Claudia Jordan and Billy Bush have also been tapped to host the noted competition, which airs on NBC and Telemundo August 23. Among those competing this year is recently crowned Miss Espana (Miss Spain), Estibaliz Pereira Rabade. The 2009 Miss Universe pageant airs LIVE! on NBC and Telemundo August 23.
